something's wrong,
we're stranded by the road
can't go on
the radiators blown.

silent shapes in the dashboard light
alone in their space,
silouhettes in light

something's wrong,
we don't see eye to eye
takes so long to understand just why.

evacuate the engine has caught fire
it's not too late,
to save our precious lives

something's wrong,
I feel I'm in a cage
can't go on,
I'm too numb to manage rage.

I believe the end is always near
and I believe the coast is never clear


someday I may say
that I won't be coming home
on a clear day
when the weatherman was wrong
